Contract addendum

okay so the stupid contracts with companies are really starting to tick me off!

So I've decided to add a contract to any company that tries to suck me into a contract with them.  And here it is.

1. Any breach by your company or any employee of your company makes his contract null and void.
2. any lack of services from your company or an employee of your company is cause for a prorated payment from me.
3. any new promotional deals that you make public that are cheaper than my arrangements shall be made available to me.
4. if I agree to even to an electronics fund transfer, commonly known as an EFT and you or anyone in your company neglects to to withdraw my funds for such payment I am not responsible for the bill.
5. lastly the contents of either contract are subject to change by myself, and shall be recognized by your company.
